We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (SC) who can provide ongoing support to our clients and network with them. As a team member, you will contribute to building relationships, implementing new programs that will increase your business’ revenue potentials and minimize churn rates.
Responsibilities include supporting customers as they transition from sales prospects, building close relationships that often last beyond any one project or job-order lasting process ownership with the business itself. Ultimately, you will work directly with clients to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction while they are an active account with us.

What You'll Be Doing
- Establish clear client retention goals.
- Building on newly established client relationships post sale, nurturing more mature business relationships within the client’s user base, driving utilization of PlanHub’s product platforms.
- Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software.
- Promote the value of the product.
- Upsell services and products with the brand image.
- Promote value through customer experience.
- Call on clients quarterly to ensure initial training milestones reached, ensure customer satisfaction, assess changes in client’s needs and create any training plans needed to mitigate retention risk situations.
- Call on any clients that have become inactive – 30 days with no login.
- SaaS solutions - Construction space preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of inbound sales experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence
- Creative problem solving and strong analytical skills.
- Balanced thinking and long term strategic planning and short-term execution.
- Basic understanding of geographical client management.
- Strong understanding of contact management and sales automation tools.
- Strong passion for customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience using HubSpot, preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of inbound sales experience.
