Compensation: $91,000 CAD base, $130,000 CAD OTE

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-obsessed Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. You’ll be the go-to partner for existing customers, ensuring they’re successful, happy, and getting maximum value from our platform.

We’re a fast-growing, bootstrapped SaaS startup in the real estate investment space. Our founder came from the industry and built the platform they always wished existed—one that helps investors, wholesalers, and flippers move off-market properties faster and more profitably.
We’re already generating over eight figures in annual recurring revenue and have big ambitions, with a clear path to a billion-dollar valuation. Our team is fully remote, with leadership based in Scottsdale, Toronto, and Vancouver. We move fast, think big, and celebrate success together.
What You’ll Do
- Onboard new clients and guide them to early wins with the platform
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, becoming their trusted advisor
- Monitor customer health, identify churn risks early, and take proactive steps to re-engage
- Regularly re-engage customers and remind them of the value my client delivers
- Spot potential upsell opportunities and collaborate with the Account Executive team to close them
- Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with internal teams to improve the product
What We’re Looking For
- MUST be located in the Eastern Time Zone
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles in SaaS or tech
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing customer needs
- Strong business acumen—you know when a customer is thriving and when they need extra support
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
