About the Role

This role owns the client relationship after the sale closes. You are the bridge between what our technical team is building and what our clients need to understand, feel confident about, and act on. You run the communication, own the project timeline, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks — without waiting to be asked.


What You Will Own

  • Client communication: Own all day-to-day client touchpoints including status updates, check-in calls, follow-ups, and expectation management. These are handled by you, not escalated up.
  • Project management: Track deliverables, deadlines, and open items across active engagements. Keep ClickUp current and make sure every client knows exactly where their project stands.
  • Technical translation: Understand what is being built well enough to explain it clearly to a non-technical client. Triage questions before pulling in the delivery team.
  • Documentation and QA: Work alongside the lead integrator to document systems, workflows, and client-specific processes. Assist with quality assurance on deliverables before they reach the client.
  • Retention and expansion: Identify upsell opportunities, flag at-risk relationships early, and make sure every client feels like a priority.

  • What We Are Looking For

    • 3 to 5 years in a client-facing role — account management, client success, or project management in a tech, agency, or consulting environment
    • You own client relationships without being prompted and follow up before the client has to
    • Comfortable enough with tools like ClickUp, GoHighLevel, Zapier, or Make to hold an intelligent conversation about how they work
    • You can run a client call, manage an uncomfortable conversation, and de-escalate a concern without pulling in leadership
    • Strong written communicator — your updates are clear, professional, and do not require editing
    • Organized by nature — you track open items, own your inbox, and nothing slips
    • Genuinely curious about AI and automation — you do not need to build it, but you need to understand it well enough to represent it confidently
