Customer Success Manager (Germany) — Construction Tech / SaaS / Climate Impact
If you have 2–3 years’ experience in construction delivery such as Project Manager, Site Manager, Project Engineer, Project Controller, and want to move into software/SaaS industry then this is a fantastic opportunity. No previous Software/SaaS experince required!
The construction industry is responsible for significant global emissions, material waste, and costly delivery inefficiencies. As sustainability targets tighten, the sector is finally embracing digital transformation and you can be part of the shift.
We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to support the rollout of an AI-powered construction SaaS platform designed to radically improve project efficiency, reduce rework, and cut delays. ✅ Lead onboarding across multiple large construction projects
✅ Train site-based teams on how to use real-time data for smarter delivery
✅ Drive day-to-day adoption of digital workflows and insights
✅ Build relationships with champions at all levels (junior to senior)
✅ Capture feedback and user stories that influence product roadmap decisions
✅ Work closely with technical and engineering teams to ensure evolving project data is accurate
✅ Help shape delivery playbooks and internal best practice as the function scales

🔹 Excellent written and verbal communication, often in group training settings
🔹 High attention to detail, strong prioritisation, and ownership mindset
