Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute tailored Customer Success plans for assigned accounts to drive engagement and satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Monitor account health, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product and internal teams to communicate client feedback, feature requests, and process improvements.
  • Support renewal processes, including contract negotiations and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Lead initiatives to drive product adoption, ensuring customers achieve their goals and maximize solution value.
  • Partner with sales and internal teams to contribute to overall growth, retention, and revenue objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management, or 5+ years in education with classroom experience.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of managing and resolving complex client situations.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Demonstrated capability to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions that add value.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving processes.
  • Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify unique solutions and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
