Overview:

A high-growth healthcare AI company is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to support and grow relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients. In this role, you’ll lead onboarding, ensure successful product adoption, drive long-term retention, and partner with internal teams to turn feedback into product improvements.


What you’ll do:

  • Own relationships with key healthcare accounts, acting as the primary point of contact
  • Lead onboarding and implementation to ensure smooth deployment across clinical teams
  • Monitor account health and drive product adoption and expansion
  • Partner with Sales and Product to surface upsell opportunities and influence roadmap
  • Proactively solve customer challenges and advocate for client needs internally


What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in B2B SaaS or healthtech
  • Strong understanding of healthcare provider workflows and clinician pain points
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with comfort navigating usage data and account metrics
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup environment
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and technical integrations is a plus
