Cookwise is your personal cooking companion app that makes meal planning, grocery shopping,
and cooking effortless. With over 2,000 chef-crafted recipes, AI-powered drink pairings,
voice-guided cooking, and intelligent shopping lists, Cookwise helps households save time,
reduce food waste, and elevate their cooking experience.
Overview:
The Customer Success Manager ensures Cookwise users are supported, satisfied, and retained.
They will build strong relationships, reduce churn, and turn customers into advocates.
Responsibilities:
Onboard new users and guide them through app features.
Provide proactive support and resolve user issues.
Collect feedback to inform product improvements.
Develop resources (FAQs, tutorials, webinars) to empower users.
Track customer satisfaction and retention metrics.
Qualifications:
3–5 years in customer success or account management.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM tools (Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Empathy and passion for helping users succeed.
