Customer Success Manager – UK & Ireland (Remote + Ability to Travel)

The Role

You will manage end-to-end customer relationships across the UK and Ireland, with the ability to travel to partnership sites when needed. This is a hands-on role requiring a blend of clinical understanding and commercial adeptness to drive platform utilisation and ensure long-term account retention.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive clinical adoption and platform utilisation across diverse healthcare deployments.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including project-managing new site installations and system upgrades.
  • Conduct regular strategic account reviews to evaluate usage trends, service needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct direct customer touchpoints, providing training and attending clinical procedures to ensure optimal product usage.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to identify growth opportunities, manage renewals, and execute at-risk account recovery.
  • Maintain high-level commercial awareness to expand the company's footprint within the territory.


What they are looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role within healthcare, MedTech, or a regulated clinical software environment.
  • An understanding of hospital clinical workflows, staff hierarchies, and the NHS (or equivalent public health systems).
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication skills to navigate change management within clinical settings.
  • A valid driving license and the ability to travel to customer sites as required.
