ClinicLine helps Canadian medical clinics find qualified, dedicated, and reliable remote medical administrative professionals, allowing clinics to save money while maintaining consistent, high-quality support.

Role Overview

ClinicLine is hiring a part-time (0.5 FTE) Client Success Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with our clinic partners. This role is designed for a high-performing Canadian family medicine clinic leader who understands the realities of clinic operations and has successfully managed both people and performance.

You will fully own clinic relationships from onboarding through long-term success, taking accountability for client satisfaction, retention, and performance outcomes. You will be responsible for hiring talent, supporting onboarding, and defining reasonable workloads, expectations, and KPIs for assigned clinic team members.

Beyond relationship management, you will work directly with clinics to refine and optimize their administrative strategies and workflows. As a growing company that actively adopts new AI and operational tools, you will help shape how technology improves clinic efficiency and agent performance. Your voice will play a meaningful role in helping us better support clinics across Canada.

This role has strong growth potential as ClinicLine continues to expand. Hours and responsibilities may increase in the near future for the right candidate. It is an excellent opportunity for a clinic manager with strong operational and people management skills to transition from traditional healthcare operations into business healthcare, opening the door to broader leadership and strategic career paths.
