Customer Success Manager | Enterprise SaaS | Retail E-Commerce
Location: Germany (Remote) | Open across Western Europe
Contract: 12-Month Contract (highly likely to extend)

We're partnering with a leading North American technology company that provides enterprise e-commerce software to some of the world's largest grocery retailers. Following significant growth in North America, the business is expanding across Europe and is now hiring its first dedicated Customer Success Manager in the region.
This is a high-ownership role where you'll manage strategic retailer relationships across Europe, driving onboarding, adoption, business reviews, escalations and long-term customer success.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years' experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management or Technical Account Management
- Experience supporting enterprise customers using SaaS platforms
- Background in e-commerce, retail technology, marketplace platforms, loyalty, promotions, catalog management or fulfilment technology preferred
- Grocery e-commerce experience is highly desirable
- Comfortable engaging with senior business stakeholders and executive leadership
- Able to connect platform performance to business outcomes
- Technically curious and comfortable discussing platform capabilities, configurations and integrations
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Fluent English; German strongly preferred
