Job Summary
Summary/Objective:
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing our largest and most important customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and build strong working relationships at all levels within the organization.
- P&L responsibility having a strong pulse on the business
- Manage day-to-day customer communication
- Overall accountability of customer facing monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Develop and execute short- and long-term account plan and strategy
- Manage customer document requirements and submittals
- Maintain and re-negotiate (when required) supply agreements and pricing
- Internal business reporting and status updates
- Voice of customer working cross-functionally to ensure successful outcomes
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study
- Minimum 5 years account management or project management
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with customer leaders at all levels
- Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong business acumen capable of analyzing data, come to conclusions, and define actions
- Strong presentation skills and presentation development (PowerPoint experience)
- Detail-orientated and motivated to succeed
