Accountabilities
- Own the full customer lifecycle for a portfolio of mid-market clients, leading onboarding, implementation, engagement, renewal, and expansion initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage complex implementation projects, ensuring milestones are met and post-sale experiences exceed expectations.
- Build trusted, strategic relationships with key stakeholders, deeply understanding customer goals and aligning solutions to maximize business and clinical outcomes.
- Develop and execute account growth plans, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities while driving increased product adoption and value realization.
- Deliver impactful reporting, insights, and business reviews to demonstrate outcomes, communicate ROI, and uncover expansion opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve customer experiences.
- Lead and contribute to strategic Customer Success initiatives, enhancing playbooks, renewal strategies, and scalable growth processes.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, account management, or related client-facing roles, preferably in enterprise or SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of driving customer growth, renewals, and expansion through strategic relationship management and value delivery.
- Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing complex implementations and multiple concurrent customer engagements.
- Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data tools to track performance metrics and guide strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders and driving alignment.
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to manage expectations, navigate challenges, and build long-term partnerships.
