We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join a high-impact, fast-growing team
This is a commercially focused Customer Success role with ownership of renewals and account growth
💡 About the Role
Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of healthcare clients, guiding them from onboarding through renewal and growth.
This is a commercially focused CSM role, where success means:
- Driving product adoption
- Demonstrating clear ROI
- Ensuring renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS
- Experience owning or supporting renewals and account growth for healthcare customers.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate product usage into business value (ROI)
- Experience in healthcare
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
🔑 What You’ll Do
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders (including executive-level)
- Drive adoption and maximize value from platform
- Lead regular business reviews (QBRs/EBRs)
- Own renewals, reduce churn, and identify growth opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, R&D, and Commercial teams
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence product improvements
