This role sits at the center of that mission. We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who blends exceptional client care with project management precision and a working knowledge of the career space.
You’ll guide clients through their journey with us, keep deliverables on track, and use our templates and frameworks to help shape polished, professional résumés that reflect each client’s value.
This isn’t a back-office role. You’re the client’s personal concierge — leading weekly welcome calls, managing communication, anticipating needs, and ensuring every client feels seen, supported, and in control from start to finish. You’ll know exactly where every project stands — and make sure everyone else does too.
What You'll Do
Client Experience
Know every client’s goals, challenges, and milestones. Make sure they feel supported, understood, and confident at every stage.
Weekly Welcome Calls
Host live weekly welcome calls to orient new clients, answer questions, and set expectations. Lead with confidence, warmth, and organization.
Proactive Communication
Keep clients informed before they have to ask. During business hours, respond within 15 minutes — quick, calm, and clear.
Project Coordination
Keep deliverables aligned across teams and tools. Ensure timelines, updates, and expectations are always met.
Operational Excellence
Maintain clean, accurate systems (Trello boards, trackers, Slack threads). Notice patterns, fix friction points, and make processes better.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance communication, delivery, and the overall client experience — because excellence matters to you.
You’ll own the client journey end-to-end — not just your tasks, but the entire flow of deliverables across the team. That means keeping every client’s Trello board spotless and up to date, tracking progress daily, and making sure nothing ever falls through the cracks.
You’ll hold everyone accountable — résumé writers, coaches, and internal team members — ensuring deadlines, updates, and next steps are always clear. When something’s off, you’ll notice it before anyone else does and step in to get it fixed.
Above all, you’ll act as the client’s advocate. You’ll make sure they’re heard, supported, and prioritized — and that our internal team delivers on every promise made.
