This is a senior customer leadership role focused on driving measurable business value for enterprise Financial Services clients through strategic partnership and long-term transformation. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding organizations in optimizing their Business Spend Management processes and maximizing value from technology adoption. The role blends executive-level relationship management, strategic planning, and hands-on customer success leadership across complex accounts. You will define and execute value roadmaps that align customer objectives with scalable outcomes and operational excellence. Working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that improve adoption, retention, and expansion. This is a highly visible role where your influence directly shapes customer outcomes and long-term partnerships.

Accountabilities

You will lead a portfolio of enterprise Financial Services customers, acting as their primary strategic partner and ensuring they achieve measurable value through adoption and optimization of spend management solutions. You will drive executive engagement, long-term planning, and cross-functional execution to maximize customer success and retention.

  • Lead executive-level customer engagements, building multi-year value roadmaps aligned with business objectives
  • Develop and manage Customer Value Plans and success strategies for large enterprise accounts
  • Drive adoption of Business Spend Management solutions across procurement, finance, and supply chain functions
  • Partner with C-suite stakeholders to deliver strategic business outcomes and transformation initiatives
  • Oversee cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment, risk management, and successful execution
  • Establish scalable Customer Success practices, standards, and operating models across the team
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding decision-making through data-driven insights
  • Champion customer advocacy, retention, and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts

Requirements

You bring extensive experience in customer-facing leadership roles within SaaS, enterprise software, consulting, or professional services, ideally with exposure to Financial Services and spend management solutions. You are a strategic thinker with strong operational discipline and exceptional executive presence.

  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Management Consulting roles
  • Strong background in Source-to-Pay, Spend Management, or related enterprise business systems
  • 7+ years of experience within the Financial Services sector (banking preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage and grow complex enterprise customer relationships
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
  • Experience driving customer retention, expansion, and measurable value realization
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities with financial and operational acumen
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving and ownership mentality
  • Experience working in SaaS or technology services environments is highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% as required
