Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and dependable Customer Success Associate to support daily pharmacy operations and client communication. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career in healthcare.
This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, follow-through, and a high standard of service across all client interactions. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers and pharmacy staff to maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
This position is best suited for someone who is proactive, organized, and takes ownership of their work from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and follow up on prescription status requests, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients
• Monitor prescription workflows and proactively identify delays, discrepancies, or missing information
• Maintain and update daily operational reports with a high level of accuracy
• Communicate clearly and professionally within a HIPAA-compliant ticketing system
• Investigate and resolve client issues, including reshipments and order discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Track recurring issues and communicate trends to improve processes
• Provide administrative support to enhance operational efficiency
• Maintain a strong understanding of company processes, products, and policies
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Basic computer skills; Excel experience preferred
