2. About the Opportunity:

The Customer Service/Intake Specialist role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound client communications while processing referrals accurately. This position ensures smooth intake operations by entering data, following up on pending cases, and supporting team members. The role contributes to maintaining service quality and timely client engagement, playing a key part in the organization’s client service delivery.


3. Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls

• Provide excellent customer service

• Process intake for all referrals received, including state-funded, Medicaid, and private pay

• Follow up on pending items

• Enter client information into various portals

• Support team members as needed

• Scan documents

• Communicate any delays in deadlines with the Service Manager

• Maintain confidentiality of business office information

• Perform other duties assigned by the Service Manager


4. Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• 1-3 years of experience in call center or customer service roles

• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong verbal and written communication skills


5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
