Customer Success Representative
Duration: Permanent
Pay Rate: $18-19/hour with full benefits
Location: Remote
Shift time: Would be either 9:30am-6pm EST or 8:30-10am start time
Spanish + Genesis is must
Must Haves:
- Customer service/call center experience
- Genesis experience (is a plus)
Day to Day: on phones, 30-50 calls/day, then eventually will do daily tasks: outbound calls, issuing replacements/refund, collecting payments, patient chat messages
Summary:
A fast-growing pharmaceutical company is seeking a friendly and hard-working Customer Success Representative to join our team. The Customer Success Rep is a frontline employee who interacts with patients and physicians addressing their questions and concerns about their prescriptions and orders. They are the face of our company, and their interactions significantly impact patient and physician satisfaction and loyalty. Monday through Friday, Customer Success shifts are between 8:30am to 8:00pm. Rotating Saturdays from 8:30am to 5:00pm. When scheduled on Saturday the candidate will have a day off during the week. Certain paid company holidays will need to be covered. In those cases, the candidate will be paid holiday pay.
Responsibilities
- Answer patient calls, questions and resolve issues via phone, email or chat.
- Contact patients regarding their prescriptions to take payment, confirm shipping and sending payment link.
- Ability to complete all CSR tasks assigned to you in a timely manner
- Make outbound calls to patients for follow-ups and collect payments
- Make outbound calls to Providers for needed information
- Follow HIPAA compliance and stay up to date on all HIPAA trainings.
- Route calls to other team members and Pharmacy staff when needed
- Consistently review and follow department SOP’s
- Other duties as needed and assigned by CSM
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Ability to multitask between multiple different systems at a time
- Ability to handle upset customers and maintain professional at all times.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think critically and solve problems independently to find an effective and efficient solution.
- Experience with Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
- Must be available to work your required shift, rotating weekends and holidays.
- Must have a quiet space to work as this is a remote position.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- 2 years of Customer Success experience
- Pharmacy experience preferred but not required
- Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred but not required
