- Resolve routine requests and complex inquiries using internal systems and databases
- Communicate professionally with internal and external customers to clarify needs and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records and CRM data in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and overall business performance
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role
- At least 1 year of experience working in a contact center or call center environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening abilities
- Proficiency in computer skills, including multitasking across systems and typing
- Associate degree
- 1 or more years' experience with a medical background
- Experience working in the healthcare industry, such as a physician's office or a hospital
- Familiarity with software tools such as Microsoft Office, Verint, Salesforce, or LIS
