This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Atlanta, GA. The role entails delivering exceptional support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound communications via phone and email, maintaining excellent phone etiquette, and promoting a positive customer service experience. The Customer Service Specialist will actively contribute to improving customer retention by addressing concerns, identifying needs, and collaborating with the team to deliver effective solutions.
