Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)
- Use your professional expertise as a Customer Service Representative to create and refine occupation-specific questions.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, tone, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
- Provide insights into best practices in customer communication, conflict resolution, and service excellence.
- Support the development of AI systems that simulate effective, human-like customer support interactions.
Requirements
- Strong experience working full-time as a Customer Service Representative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in an asynchronous setup.
