Position Overview

Eva Lee & Associates is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to serve as the first point of contact for clients while providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Customer Service & Front Desk Support

  • Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and courteously.
  • Address client inquiries, provide information, and ensure timely follow-up or escalation as needed.
  • Maintain a positive, professional front desk environment.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and arrange travel as required.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient document access.
  • Monitor and order office supplies; assist with general office inventory management.

Client & Team Support

  • Support internal team members with administrative tasks and coordination as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including workstation setup and orientation materials.
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data within company systems and databases.
  • Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for management review.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of customer service, front desk, or administrative experience.
  • Experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, office management tools, or document management platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
