This role is perfect for candidates with entry to mid-level experience in customer service who are enthusiastic, flexible, and ready to make a difference. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via various communication channels (email, chat, phone, etc.).
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests related to Giftory products and services.
- Offer product information, troubleshoot problems, and help resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interactions using Zendesk or other CRM tools.
- Collaborate with a global workforce to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer service experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and relevant assistance.
- Show flexibility in your schedule to accommodate peak customer service hours.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support software is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to a remote-first work environment.
- A flexible schedule, with a preference for candidates available during Eastern Time Zone hours.
- Passion for providing excellent customer service and solving problems.
- A commitment to working effectively with a diverse and global team.
