The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
  • Provide product information and support to customers.

Team Structure: You will work closely with a team of customer service professionals and report to the Customer Service Manager.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical skills and soft skills to effectively assist customers and enhance their experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service or related field.
  • Technical skills: CRM software, Microsoft Office.
  • Soft skills: Communication, Problem Solving, Empathy.

Education: A degree in a relevant field is a plus but not mandatory.
