The Opportunity

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and prospects. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicative, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences—especially within a fast-paced, startup-focused environment.

The CSR will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring smooth communication between clients and our design team, and helping Foundey deliver a seamless, high-quality service experience. Will guide potential and current clients through our service offerings, answer inquiries, triage support requests to our design team, and ensure our clients feel fully supported throughout their journey with us.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and calls
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client questions, requests, and concerns
  • Coordinate with designers, project managers, and leadership to ensure client needs are met
  • Manage client onboarding and guide new clients through Foundey’s processes
  • Track and follow up on client requests to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and project updates
  • Identify recurring client issues and suggest improvements to internal workflows
  • Support retention efforts by ensuring a positive and consistent client experience


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, client success, or a similar role
  • Communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with SaaS, tech startups, or digital agencies is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment


Nice to Have

  • Understanding of UI/UX design processes
  • Experience supporting B2B clients
  • Exposure to product development or startup environments
