Customer Service & Front Desk Support
- Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and courteously.
- Address client inquiries, provide information, and ensure timely follow-up or escalation as needed.
- Maintain a positive, professional front desk environment.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and arrange travel as required.
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient document access.
- Monitor and order office supplies; assist with general office inventory management.
- Support internal team members with administrative tasks and coordination as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including workstation setup and orientation materials.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data within company systems and databases.
- Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for management review.
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of customer service, front desk, or administrative experience.
- Experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, office management tools, or document management platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
