- Provide exceptional guest service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the employer's cruise offerings and policies
- Troubleshoot issues related to the employer's systems for guests and travel advisors
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professionalism and confidence
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-starter with excellent task management skills
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs
- Experience in cruise or tour operations/reservations is a plus
- Familiarity with customer service best practices
- Ability to present information in a positive and convincing manner
