About The Role
We are seeking full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our industry-leading Insurance Call Center team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to AAA members, assisting them with inquiries related to memberships and insurance products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. The position offers a competitive starting pay between $23.00 and $25.00 per hour, with additional incentives for bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. The role requires residents within 80 miles of San Antonio, TX, and involves both virtual training and remote work post-training. The training program is fully virtual, lasting approximately four months, with flexible scheduling within specified hours. Once trained, employees will work from home, providing support to members during standard business hours, including weekends, with one weekday off each week. Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Fluency in English; Spanish fluency is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills with a friendly, can-do attitude
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reside within 80 miles of 18160 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio, TX 78232
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting with a dedicated, quiet workspace
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload) via Ethernet
- Willingness to participate in ongoing coaching and development activities
- Answer inbound calls and assist members with inquiries related to AAA memberships and insurance products
- Provide personalized, proactive solutions to meet members’ needs
- Recommend relevant products and services to enhance member satisfaction
- Engage with members using strong communication skills and a friendly, problem-solving approach
- Navigate multiple systems and tools simultaneously while actively listening and multitasking
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor in a dynamic environment
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to improve performance
- Ensure confidentiality and security of member information at all times
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to deliver consistent service quality
