- Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
- Actively participate in efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain quality
- Maintain professionalism and positive demeanor during all customer interactions
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or support experience
- 1 year of experience in a call center or office environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different technology systems
- Previous experience using Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience working remotely from home
- Quick learner with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Technical savvy, able to navigate multiple systems and browsers
