You’ll be the voice of the customer and the soul of our brand — ensuring every interaction feels personal, helpful, and human.
You’ll be responsible for:
- 💬 Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other channels — with empathy, speed, and clarity
- 🧭 Guiding users through product features, troubleshooting issues, and offering thoughtful solutions
- 📝 Creating and updating knowledge base articles and FAQs to empower self-service
- 📊 Tracking common questions, bugs, and user feedback to share with product & operations teams
- 🤝 Collaborating with marketing, design, and development to improve the overall user journey
- 💡 Identifying opportunities to surprise and delight — think small gestures with big impact
- 🔁 Supporting onboarding, retention, and loyalty initiatives with a human-first mindset
👀 Who You Are
You’re a people person with a process brain — a rare combo of warmth, resourcefulness, and clarity. You don’t just answer questions — you create confidence.
You likely bring:
- 🧑💻 2–4+ years in customer support, success, or experience roles (SaaS or consumer products a plus)
- 🗣️ Excellent written and verbal English skills (German or French is a plus)
- 🧠 A quick learner with deep curiosity about how things work
- 🧘♀️ Calm under pressure, even when solving complex or sensitive customer issues
- 💻 Experience with help desk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk) and CRMs
- 🧩 Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- 🌍 Based in Switzerland or legally authorized to work remotely from there
