About the Role

You will provide customer support, issue resolution, and service excellence for consumers engaging with retail, hospitality, or food-service brands. This role blends communication, problem solving, and operational coordination to ensure a positive brand experience.


What You Will Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries by email, chat, or phone with professionalism and accuracy
  • Assist with product questions, order status, returns, and service-related concerns
  • Document interactions and resolutions in a customer service platform
  • Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team while maintaining ownership of follow-through
  • Support loyalty programs, promotions, or brand-specific service workflows
  • Maintain a high standard of hospitality, empathy, and service consistency


What You Will Bring

  • One or more years in customer service, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Familiarity with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms
  • Ability to manage a high volume of inbound requests while maintaining quality
  • Professionalism, patience, and attention to detail
