About the Role
You will provide customer support, issue resolution, and service excellence for consumers engaging with retail, hospitality, or food-service brands. This role blends communication, problem solving, and operational coordination to ensure a positive brand experience.
What You Will Do
- Respond to customer inquiries by email, chat, or phone with professionalism and accuracy
- Assist with product questions, order status, returns, and service-related concerns
- Document interactions and resolutions in a customer service platform
- Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team while maintaining ownership of follow-through
- Support loyalty programs, promotions, or brand-specific service workflows
- Maintain a high standard of hospitality, empathy, and service consistency
What You Will Bring
- One or more years in customer service, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Familiarity with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms
- Ability to manage a high volume of inbound requests while maintaining quality
- Professionalism, patience, and attention to detail
