As we continue to expand our presence in Europe, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crypto Community Manager to lead and grow our community across multiple platforms. This is a fully remote position based in the Netherlands, offering the opportunity to play a key role in shaping our brand voice and community engagement strategy.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive community growth and engagement strategy across platforms such as Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the community, fostering meaningful interactions and maintaining a strong, positive brand presence.
- Moderate community channels, ensuring discussions remain constructive, safe, and aligned with company values.
- Plan and host community events, AMAs, campaigns, and activations to drive engagement and user retention.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align messaging and community initiatives with company objectives.
- Gather community feedback and insights to inform product development and improve user experience.
- Monitor trends within the crypto and Web3 space to identify new opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Track, analyze, and report on community metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Proven experience as a Community Manager within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 space.
- Deep understanding of crypto culture, token communities, DeFi, NFTs, and emerging Web3 trends.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Hands-on experience managing Discord and Telegram communities at scale.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging campaigns and community initiatives.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance tracking.
- Competitive annual salary of €77,000–€88,000.
