Role
Lead and scale the commercial engine of TradePronto and convert existing progress into repeatable growth.
Responsibilities
- Scale buy-side + sell-side growth by leveraging your network across food manufacturing, distribution, and retail.
- Build on what’s already live: expand supplier onboarding/liquidity and convert early conversations into pilots and contracts.
- Contribute to GTM definition: vertical focus, ICP, key geos, and the first repeatable wedge use cases.
- Operationalize go-to-market: turn relationships into a structured system (pipeline stages, follow-ups, partner mapping, conversion tracking) and run it weekly.
- Drive monetization: develop a pricing/fee model that is sustainable, investor-friendly, and aligned with buyer-free / seller-paid dynamics.
- Work with product/ops on practical blockers that affect closing deals (verification, onboarding, compliance data, docs flow, logistics partners).
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in senior commercial roles in food/FMCG, with proven cross-border sales/partnerships at global companies.
- Strong rolodex of decision-makers in international food companies (mid-size to large).
- Hands-on builder: you can prospect, negotiate, and close—no “strategy-only” profile.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: resilient, analytical, direct, thick skin.
- Dairy or fresh vertical experience preferred.
Nice-to-have
- B2B marketplace or e-commerce experience.
- Knowledge of FMCG logistics ecosystem (3PL, warehousing, cold chain).
