Job Title: Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (CRM)

Location: Montreal, QC, Canada (Remote)

Department: Product

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, EST

Reports To: Senior Product Manager, Marketing

Salary: $80,000-$105,000/year, based on experience + group insurance, travel discounts and more.

Role Overview

Seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (CRM) to lead the full customer-lifecycle strategy and manage daily execution. This includes designing data-driven journeys—from onboarding to re-engagement—and executing high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and push. The role involves crafting creative assets, writing customer-centric copy, setting up automated flows, and running continuous A/B testing to optimize performance. You’ll manage deliverability, oversee the campaign calendar, and deliver insights through regular reporting. Working closely with product, engineering, sales, and leadership, you’ll convert customer behavior data into personalized messaging that drives results and contributes to long-term CRM growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and optimize automated multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push) aligned with customer lifecycle stages and brand guidelines
  • Lead creative development—including briefs, copywriting, and content coordination—alongside cross-functional stakeholders
  • Monitor campaign performance through weekly and monthly reporting, offering actionable, data-informed insights
  • Email Deliverability - focus on ensuring emails reach their intended recipients' inboxes, rather than being filtered as spam or ending up in junk folders
  • Continuously A/B test subject lines, timing, content, and segmentation strategies to refine results and avoid fatigue
  • Use customer behavior data to build targeted nurture flows that improve engagement, retention, and reactivation
  • Maintain high standards for email deliverability through sender reputation and technical configurations (DMARC, DKIM, SPF, etc.)
  • Play a key role in shaping lifecycle marketing and CX strategy, collaborating on initiatives such as loyalty and re-engagement programs

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation (experience in the travel industry is a strong plus)
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms and automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Braze, Klaviyo)
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and behavioral triggers
  • Analytical and results-oriented mindset, comfortable working with dashboards, data tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel)
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills with a customer-first focus
  • Independent, proactive marketer passionate about testing, learning, and optimizing for growth

Bonus Points

  • Experience with B2C travel products or services (e.g., tours, flights, accommodations)
  • Familiarity with dynamic content, AI-driven personalization, or recommendation engines
  • CRM experience in multilingual or international environments

What’s Offered

  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • Hybrid work-model
  • Travel perks and discounts
  • Opportunity to help define CRM in a high-growth, customer-focused environment
