ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a commercially minded CRM Manager who operates as the owner of all public-facing promotions across our Sweepstakes Casino brand.


This role is not just about sending campaigns. It is about:


  • Protecting and strengthening brand positioning
  • Shaping the promotional identity of the site
  • Understanding casino customer psychology
  • Delivering highly engaging, measurable, and ROI-positive campaigns
  • Anticipating and managing bonus abuse behaviour


You will act as the internal brand owner for promotions, ensuring every campaign reflects who we are, resonates with North American players, and makes commercial sense.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

Brand Ownership of Promotions

  • Own the strategy and execution of all public promotions (homepage banners, seasonal campaigns, jackpots, tournaments, holiday pushes)
  • Maintain consistency in messaging, offer structure, and promotional mechanics


Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Design highly engaging campaigns tailored to US casino audiences
  • Oversee QA and launch processes to eliminate execution errors


Commercial & ROI Accountability

  • Set performance targets before launch (GGR uplift, engagement rate, reactivation %, bonus cost ratio)
  • Track and optimize campaign performance post-launch


Casino Player Understanding

  • Develop deep understanding of sweepstakes casino player behaviour (Bonus sensitivity, Streak psychology, Loss recovery cycles, Game preference shifts)
  • Adjust messaging for different lifecycle stages (new, active, cooling, reactivation)


Data & Measurement

  • Build campaigns with clear tracking frameworks
  • Analyze player behaviour trends to improve future campaigns


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years CRM or Promotions experience in iGaming, sweepstakes, or social casino
  • Strong understanding of North American casino audiences
  • Comfortable owning brand-facing decisions
  • Commercially sharp you think in engagement and margin
  • Detail-oriented and execution-focused
  • Confident handling bonus structures and understanding abuse patterns
  • Hard-working, accountable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Based in the US or Canada
