Exacta Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking international iGaming operator. Our client is actively expanding in the Netherlands and is looking for a strategic, data-driven CRM professional to lead player engagement initiatives in the market.


We're searching for a CRM Manager who will own and execute the customer engagement and retention strategy for the Dutch market. You’ll lead the localisation of CRM campaigns and lifecycle journeys, ensuring each initiative is tailored to Dutch players while remaining fully compliant with local gambling regulations.


Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, launch, and optimisation of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, onsite messaging, etc.) for the Netherlands
  • Tailor CRM activities based on customer data, behaviour patterns, and segmentation models
  • Partner with teams across marketing, compliance, and customer experience to ensure a locally relevant yet globally aligned CRM strategy
  • Track CRM KPIs and player engagement metrics, adjusting tactics based on performance insights
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Dutch gambling legislation (including KSA guidelines) in all CRM communications
  • Manage customer database segmentation and ensure best practices in data hygiene and personalisation
  • Support VIP and churn prevention initiatives in collaboration with the CS and VIP teams
  • Represent the voice of the Dutch player internally, advocating for region-specific needs


Your Profile

  • At least 3 years’ experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle management, preferably in iGaming or digital consumer sectors
  • Native-level Dutch and fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g. Optimove, Salesforce, Braze, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with BI tools
  • Familiarity with GDPR and KSA compliance requirements
  • Prior experience in the Dutch regulated iGaming market
  • Understanding of UX/CX principles related to CRM journeys and automation
