Role Responsibilities
- Design and develop structured rubrics to evaluate AI outputs related to employee travel risk.
- Analyze employee travel data and create scenario-based crisis response assessments.
- Contribute subject-matter expertise to AI model training and validation processes.
- Monitor emerging global threats and translate insights into actionable evaluation criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, security, and AI researchers.
- Draft and refine clear, concise documentation for training and evaluation purposes.
- Review and provide feedback on rubric tasks to ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance.
- Strong experience in crisis management, incident response, or business continuity planning.
- Strong understanding of HR workflows, corporate security, and risk management practices.
- Experience in travel risk analysis, risk zone assessment, and policy development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to design and evaluate structured reasoning or assessment frameworks.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
