Position: Travel Risk Expert (HR)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $30 - $50/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design and develop structured rubrics to evaluate AI outputs related to employee travel risk.
• Analyze employee travel data and create scenario-based crisis response assessments.
• Contribute subject-matter expertise to AI model training and validation processes.
• Monitor emerging global threats and translate insights into actionable evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, security, and AI researchers.
• Draft and refine clear, concise documentation for training and evaluation purposes.
• Review and provide feedback on rubric tasks to ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong experience in crisis management, incident response, or business continuity planning.
• Strong understanding of HR workflows, corporate security, and risk management practices.
• Experience in travel risk analysis, risk zone assessment, and policy development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to design and evaluate structured reasoning or assessment frameworks.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
