Role Responsibilities
- Apply financial counseling expertise to support AI training and evaluation initiatives
- Analyze real-world credit reports, debt scenarios, and budgeting workflows
- Create and review structured financial guidance aligned with best practices and compliance standards
- Ensure AI-generated financial advice reflects empathy, accuracy, and consumer protection principles
- Work independently to deliver high-quality, confidential, and compliant outputs
Requirements
- Professional experience in credit counseling, financial counseling, debt management, or a related field
- Strong ability to analyze credit reports and develop repayment or budgeting plans
- Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and empathetically
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining confidentiality
