Role Description
This role is focused on supporting and coordinating our creator network across campaigns and ongoing opportunities. You will be responsible for managing creator participation, assisting with outreach and recruitment, organizing creator information, and ensuring creators are matched to the right opportunities based on fit. The role also involves tracking activity, following up to maintain momentum, and identifying patterns in creator performance, quality, and reliability. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position that requires strong organization, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once.
Qualifications
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage high-volume, repetitive workflows without losing accuracy
- Strong written communication skills (clear, concise, and professional)
- Comfortable working quickly and staying responsive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities at once
- Strong pattern recognition and ability to identify trends in performance, quality, and behavior
- Good judgment when evaluating creator fit and making decisions based on defined criteria
- Familiarity with TikTok and a strong awareness of creator content, trends, and niches
- Comfortable working in Google Workspace, CRMs, and web-based tools
