About the Role

We’re looking for a Creator Growth Strategist to manage and scale our creator community across TikTok and Instagram.

This is not a typical social media role. You’ll work directly with creators to drive content output, improve performance, and increase revenue across multiple platforms.

You’ll be responsible for turning creators into consistent, high-performing content producers.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage relationships with 50–150 creators across TikTok and Instagram
  • Work 1:1 with creators to improve content, hooks, and performance
  • Develop daily/weekly content ideas, scripts, and creative direction
  • Identify trends on TikTok + Instagram and deploy quickly across creators
  • Track creator performance (output, engagement, conversions, GMV where applicable)
  • Push creators to post consistently and improve results
  • Launch challenges, incentives, and engagement systems
  • Identify top creators to scale and underperformers to replace
  • Collaborate with internal teams on paid ads, UGC, and organic strategy
  • Provide feedback on winning content, messaging, and creative angles
What We’re Looking For
  • Deep understanding of TikTok AND Instagram (Reels, Stories, Creator ecosystem)
  • Experience working with creators, influencers, or UGC campaigns
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Performance-driven mindset (focused on output, not vanity metrics)
  • Ability to manage multiple creators simultaneously
  • Highly proactive — comfortable pushing creators to perform
Bonus Points
  • TikTok Shop experience
  • Experience running or supporting Instagram creator campaigns
  • Affiliate or UGC campaign management experience
  • Familiarity with Discord, Slack, or community platforms
  • Experience working with DTC or e-commerce brands
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 (DOE)
  • Performance bonuses tied to:
  • Creator output (videos/posts per week)
  • Active creators
  • Revenue / conversions driven
