- Type: Hourly Contract
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Read and evaluate AI-generated creative writing across genres — fiction, poetry, essays, narrative nonfiction, and more
- Assess writing for quality, originality, style, tone, coherence, and reader engagement
- Identify weaknesses such as clichés, unnatural phrasing, logical inconsistencies, or flat characterization
- Provide structured, constructive written feedback using evaluation rubrics and commentary
- Rate AI outputs consistently to help models learn what compelling writing looks like
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- A genuine lover of reading and writing with a strong sense of literary quality
- Able to articulate what works — and what doesn't — in a piece of writing
- Strong command of English language, grammar, style, and voice
- Comfortable engaging with large volumes of text across diverse genres and tones
- Detail-oriented, consistent, and self-motivated when working independently
- No published writing experience or formal literary education required
- Background in creative writing, English literature, journalism, or editing
- Experience workshopping or critiquing others' writing
- Familiarity with a wide range of literary genres and styles
- Prior experience with AI tools, content evaluation, or quality assurance
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside leading research labs
- Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you
