The Role
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to lead the thinking behind our paid social content.
This is not about producing more ads, it’s about producing the right ones.
You’ll be responsible for developing thoughtful, high-performing creative that feels native to the brand while driving measurable growth. From insight to execution, you’ll shape how Reformed shows up across paid channels.
What You’ll Do:
Creative Direction & Strategy
Develop and own a consistent pipeline of paid social concepts that align with the brand’s aesthetic and voice, while driving performance.
Insight-Led Ideation
Translate customer behaviour, cultural trends, and competitor activity into clear, differentiated creative angles.
Performance & Iteration
Use data to refine creative — identifying what resonates, why it works, and how to evolve it without losing brand integrity.
End-to-End Creative Ownership
Lead the process from idea to execution — briefing creators, guiding production, and ensuring final output meets a high creative standard.
Content Systems
Build scalable frameworks for producing content efficiently, without compromising quality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with founders, growth, and creative teams to align on messaging, priorities, and output.
Copy & Narrative
Write clear, considered copy and scripts that reflect the brand’s tone — confident, minimal, and grounded in real insight.
Trend Awareness (Without Chasing It)
Stay informed on platform shifts and creative trends, applying them selectively and intentionally.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in paid social creative strategy within a DTC or e-commerce brand
- Strong understanding of direct response — but with a focus on taste and restraint
- Ability to balance performance marketing with brand storytelling
- Confident using tools such as Motion, Foreplay, or similar
- Clear thinking backed by data — you can explain why something works
- Strong creative judgement and attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, without sacrificing quality
- Self-directed, thoughtful, and highly accountable
A background in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands is beneficial but not essential.
