I’m looking for a Creative Strategist to join a performance marketing agency working with fast-growing direct-to-consumer brands. This role is focused on developing high-performing ad concepts for paid social campaigns, using performance data and market research to shape creative that drives results.
You’ll work closely with media buyers, designers, and content teams to ensure creatives are aligned with campaign goals and built to convert.
What you’ll be working on:
- Owning creative strategy across multiple DTC client accounts
- Developing a high volume of creative briefs for paid social campaigns (statics, video, and UGC)
- Researching competitors and creative trends across platforms like Meta and TikTok
- Analysing ad performance data to identify winning hooks, formats, and messaging angles
- Writing ad copy, hooks, and headlines designed to improve engagement and conversions
- Reviewing creative output to ensure quality, brand consistency, and platform compliance
- Collaborating with media buyers to align creative with campaign objectives and performance targets
- Managing the creative workflow from concept through to launch
What I’m looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience in creative strategy, paid social, or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of direct response advertising and conversion-focused creative
- Experience working with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads environments
- Confident writing, scroll-stopping hooks, ad copy, and CTAs
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and apply insights to creative decisions
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Agency or DTC brand experience is highly desirable
