Overview:

A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Creative Strategist to join a high-performing performance marketing agency working with ambitious eCommerce and DTC brands. The role sits between creative strategy, paid media and commercial growth, with clear progression for the right person.


Role:

The Creative Strategist owns creative performance across a portfolio of clients. The role will develop and evolve data-led creative strategies that improve engagement, conversion and revenue, working closely with paid media and creative teams.


The agency has seen strong success with candidates from a paid social background, and will actively consider Paid Social Strategists looking to move into a more creative-led, strategic role.


  • Owning creative strategy and performance across multiple client accounts
  • Building and managing creative testing roadmaps aligned to client KPIs
  • Analysing creative performance and turning insight into clear next actions
  • Briefing creative concepts and iterations to designers and creators
  • Partnering closely with paid media teams to improve creative effectiveness
  • Contributing to account growth through improved creative performance


Requirements:

The successful candidate must be a highly analytical individual with at least 2 years of experience in creative strategy or media buying, preferably within an agency setting. We are looking for someone who can take initiative, work independently, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.


  • Experience in creative strategy, performance creative or paid social within an agency or eCommerce environment
  • Strong understanding of how creative impacts paid media performance
  • Confidence working with data, testing frameworks and performance metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills


Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Remote, United Kingdom
