We’ve grown rapidly through strong product-market fit, operational discipline, and community trust — and we’re now entering our next chapter: scaling our paid acquisition creative engine to world-class levels across multiple platforms.


We are hiring a full-time Creative Strategist to lead the creative strategy behind our paid acquisition channels — including Meta, TikTok, AppLovin Axon, and Snapchat — and build a repeatable system that consistently produces ads that convert at scale.


This is a high-impact, high-ownership role. You will own the creative strategy engine that directly drives customer acquisition and revenue growth.


This is not a “trend watcher” role. We’re looking for someone who understands what works in high-spend environments, has worked across multiple large DTC brands, can translate performance data into scalable concepts, and can adapt creative systems across platforms — not recycle the same format everywhere.


You’ll work closely with creators, editors, and performance marketing to turn insights into repeatable winning concepts, hooks, and iterations.


What This Role Is


A creative strategy leadership role for someone who:


  • Has worked across multiple large DTC brands
  • Has had exposure to high-spend ad accounts and understands how performance changes at scale
  • Brings proven winning concepts and knows how to systemize what works
  • Can build repeatable creative frameworks, not just one-off winners
  • Understands that each platform requires a platform-native creative strategy (structure, pacing, hooks, editing patterns, psychology)


What This Role Isn’t


  • A pure content creator role
  • A junior hook-writing role
  • A generic “make viral TikToks” role
  • A role where you post ideas without owning testing and iteration


If your experience is primarily organic content creation (without paid ad performance responsibility), this role will not be a fit.


Key Responsibilities


Creative Strategy Ownership (Meta, TikTok, AppLovin Axon, Snapchat)


  • Own the creative strategy roadmap for paid acquisition across our growth channels
  • Define creative directions, messaging systems, concept families, hooks, angles, and formats based on performance data and audience insights
  • Build a repeatable engine that produces consistently improving creative output over time


Concept Development + Winning Frameworks


  • Generate a structured concept pipeline (not scattered ideas) with clear prioritization
  • Develop winning concept “families” and iteration trees that systematically expand what works
  • Translate product insights, objections, and customer psychology into direct-response creative concepts


Platform-Native Creative Strategy


Develop platform-specific creative frameworks for:


  • Meta (UGC/DR systems, social proof, objection handling, structured iteration)
  • TikTok (native pacing, creator style, trend-informed formats without relying on trends)
  • AppLovin Axon (high-velocity, direct-response formats optimized for network distribution)
  • Snapchat (native, fast, casual creator-style execution that resonates with Snap audiences)
  • Adapt one core concept into multiple executions based on platform mechanics and audience expectations


Performance-Driven Iteration + Testing


  • Work closely with performance marketing to align creative testing strategy with growth targets
  • Use Northbeam’s MTA + Creative Analytics insights (and platform performance signals where relevant) to identify what’s working and why across hooks, pacing, structure, formats, claims, product focus, and psychological triggers
  • Build structured A/B testing and iteration loops to improve CTR, CVR, CAC, and MER over time


Creative Intelligence + Competitive Research


  • Track what top DTC brands are doing across platforms and bring proven concepts into our testing roadmap
  • Run a weekly creative learning loop: what we learned, what we’re scaling, what we’re testing next
  • Maintain an organized library of winning ads, concepts, and learnings


Cross-Functional Collaboration + Execution Enablement


  • Partner with creators, editors, and content teams to bring concepts to life efficiently
  • Create clear briefs that increase quality and reduce back-and-forth
  • Help improve creative production processes so output scales without sacrificing performance


Key Qualifications & Success Traits


  • 3+ years experience as a Creative Strategist in paid social / performance creative (DTC or agency background)
  • Proven experience working across multiple DTC brands
  • Exposure to high-spend ad accounts (you understand scale, volume, and iteration requirements)
  • Proven experience building and operating a structured creative testing system inside a fast-scaling DTC brand
  • Experience developing platform-native performance creative for Meta, TikTok, AppLovin Axon, and Snapchat
  • Fluency using Northbeam’s MTA + Creative Analytics environment to evaluate creative performance using weighted attribution
  • Strong fluency in direct-response creative principles (hooks, offers, pacing, objection handling, proof, CTA frameworks)
  • Strong ability to translate performance data into repeatable creative systems
  • Strong copy + messaging instincts (persuasion + consumer psychology)
  • High ownership — you drive the roadmap without needing follow-ups
  • Highly organized — you can manage high-volume pipelines and prioritize correctly
  • Strong communicator — you can explain “why this works” clearly to the team
  • Performance-minded — you care about results as much as creative quality
  • Systems thinker — you build playbooks, not just individual ads

  • Experience in jewelry, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle categories
  • Strong familiarity with AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, and iteration workflows
