About the Role

As a Creative Strategist, you own the creative testing process for our clients — strategizing creative tests, developing ad briefs, and using performance insights to iterate on and scale winning ads.


This role sits at the intersection of data and creativity. You don’t just know what stops the scroll — you understand what drives purchases and why. The ideal candidate knows how to balance brand voice with performance outcomes, approaching every concept through a deep understanding of client goals and customer motivations.


Responsibilities

  • Use performance data to ideate concepts, test hypotheses, and scale winning creatives.
  • Write conversion-focused direct response copy and collaborate with designers to bring ad concepts to life.
  • Conduct deep customer research to understand brand positioning, products, and audience motivations.
  • Lead client relationships through professional communication, meetings, and ongoing collaboration.
  • Manage several clients with exceptional time management, delivering high-volume creative output without compromising ad quality.


Ideal Candidate

  • Well-versed in performance marketing, with at least 1 year as a media buyer or creative strategist.
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics (e.g., CTR, hook rate, CPA) and translate insights into creative direction.
  • Self-motivated, holds their work to a high standard, and acts with urgency.
  • Skilled writer who knows how to write a clear and compelling script.
  • High agency and does not need constant oversight.
  • Proactive in staying up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging creative best practices.
  • Solutions-oriented, strong communicator, does not play the blame game.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Remote role based in the EU/UK
