What You’ll Do

The Creative Strategist plays a central role in shaping and executing creative strategies across the EMEA region, with a primary focus on the UK, Germany, UAE. Their remit includes overseeing the production and localisation of creative assets, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and driving campaigns that align with HexClad’s brand and business goals.


Core Responsibilities


Creative Strategy and Ideation

  • Develop and execute innovative creative strategies across a full funnel activation from direct response ads and brand campaigns.
  • Ensure alignment with HexClad’s overarching business objectives and brand values.
  • Drive creative localisation efforts, particularly in the EMEA markets, creating a playbook to refine and scale processes.

Copywriting and Localisation

  • Produce engaging, on-brand copy for ads and campaigns tailored to the EMEA markets.
  • Localise US creative assets for EMEA audiences, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance.
  • Provide British English and German copywriting support as needed, ensuring all content meets HexClad’s high standards.

Market Research and Insights

  • Conduct research into market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform campaigns.
  • Use insights from ambassadors, culinary council members, and studio resources to inspire creative concepts.

Creative Production and Execution

  • Manage the end-to-end creative production process, from briefing to final execution.
  • Collaborate with internal design and production teams as well as external freelancers to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Coordinate with US-based content and creative teams to ensure consistent execution and analysis of campaigns.
  • Work with the brand team to ensure alignment and maintain a consistent brand in every territory.

Performance Analysis and Optimisation

  • Analyse campaign performance using data and analytics tools, identifying opportunities to enhance creative impact.
  • Run creative tests to evaluate and iterate on strategies for improved outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the global creative, growth, and production teams to align strategies across regions.
  • Support HexClad’s growth initiatives by assisting with sourcing and managing EMEA creators and influencers.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, sharing updates and insights to keep stakeholders informed.

Project Management

  • Develop and manage creative briefs to guide internal and external teams in delivering high-quality assets.
  • Ensure all creative projects align with the marketing calendar and meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to broader European campaigns as required, supporting HexClad’s international growth.



Key Deliverables

  1. Creative Localisation Framework: Develop a playbook for localising creative assets, starting with Germany, and roll out to other European markets.
  2. Content Pipeline: Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality, localised creative assets for the UK, DACH, and UAE.
  3. Campaign Reporting and Insights: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, creative tests, and insights, ensuring continuous improvement.
  4. Collaborative Processes: Establish strong working relationships with internal and external teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment.



Initial Focus Areas

  • Familiarise yourself with HexClad’s brand, tone, and creative standards.
  • Develop localisation efforts for German campaigns, adapting successful US assets to suit the market.
  • Conduct initial market research to gain insights into the German audience and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the team to establish clear Key Results and Initiatives (KRIs) for the first 90 days.
  • Lead early creative tests to gather data on what resonates with EMEA audiences.



Ongoing Responsibilities

  • Maintain a balance of creative types (e.g., direct response ads, brand awareness campaigns) to support HexClad’s goals across channels.
  • Ensure creative outputs are aligned with HexClad’s brand identity and deliver measurable business results.
  • Act as a key point of contact for creative execution and testing across the UK, EU, and UAE.
  • Continuously refine processes for creative localisation and production to drive efficiency, and most importantly performance.
  • Ensure all creative assets and campaigns comply with local advertising regulations and privacy policies (especially for Germany, which has strict guidelines and privacy policies)
  • Stay informed on cultural trends, regional events, and social media behaviours across key EU regions to ensure content stays relevant.
  • Localization of website content (e.g., landing pages, product descriptions) / SEO strategies


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR


Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years’ experience in creative strategy, brand marketing, or performance marketing, ideally within international or DTC brands.
  • Proven experience developing and localising creative campaigns across European markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate global brand assets into culturally relevant, high-performing creative for local markets.
  • Strong copywriting and localisation skills - able to craft engaging, on-brand content for ads, landing pages, and campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience managing creative production processes, from concept to execution, across internal and external teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using performance data and insights to refine creative strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, growth, brand, influencers, and production) across time zones.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Passion for storytelling, culture, and culinary trends - a genuine enthusiasm for food, cooking, and the HexClad brand is a plus!
