THE OPPORTUNITY

Most brands spend years trying to crack $100K/month. We did $800K MRR in our first 60 days.

This isn't our first rodeo. Our founding team has built and scaled e-commerce brands past 9 figures. We know what scale looks like, and we're doing it again — faster, sharper, and with better infrastructure than ever.

We operate two brands in two of the most profitable verticals in DTC: premium beauty/skincare and health supplements. Both are scaling aggressively through paid media. Both need a world-class creative mind behind the ads.

We're hiring a Creative Strategist who doesn't just make ads — you engineer them. You understand why a hook works, why an angle dies after 72 hours, why one UGC creator outperforms another 10x, and how to turn a declining ad account into a testing machine that prints winners.

You will own the entire creative function. Strategy. Execution. Team. Output. Results. You'll build and lead your own team of video editors, static/image ad designers, and UGC creators from the ground up. No one is handing you a team — you're hiring them, training them, managing them, and holding them to your standard. The creative department is yours. Full ownership, full authority, full accountability.

We're not looking for someone who's "done a few campaigns." We need someone who has operated at $50K+/day in ad spend, has helped scale brands to 8 and 9 figures, and has the portfolio and performance data to back it up.

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT

Most Creative Strategist roles pay a flat salary and hope you stick around. We don't operate like that.

Your compensation is base salary + a percentage of the total ad spend under your management. As we scale, your earnings scale with us. No cap. If you help take us from $800K MRR to $5M MRR, you feel that directly in your comp.

You own the creative machine. You build the team. You drive the results. And when those results compound — and they will — your upside compounds with them. The harder you push, the more you build, the bigger the operation gets, the more you earn. There is no ceiling on what this role pays the right person.

This is an ownership-level opportunity without needing to be a founder.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
  • Full creative strategy across two brands (beauty/skincare + supplements) — from cold traffic acquisition through backend retention and rebill
  • Concepting, scripting, briefing, and directing all ad creatives: hooks, angles, headlines, visual treatments, UGC scripts, and VSLs
  • Hiring, building, and leading your own creative team — video editors, motion designers, static/image ad designers, and UGC creators. You recruit them, you manage them, you scale them.
  • A disciplined weekly testing cadence: new hooks, new formats, new angles, new concepts — always shipping
  • Daily creative performance analysis — translating data into your next round of tests
  • Direct collaboration with media buyers to keep creative and campaign strategy fully aligned
  • Assets for every funnel touchpoint: Meta ads, TikTok, landing pages, advertorials, email/SMS, and retargeting
  • Competitive intelligence — monitoring competitor ads, emerging formats, platform shifts, and audience behavior
  • Funnel KPI ownership beyond CTR: CVR, AOV, show-up rates, rebill retention, and LTV

WHO YOU ARE
  • Scaled brands to 8–9 figures. You've been the creative strategist behind real growth at scale — not adjacent to it, directly responsible for it. You have specific campaigns, specific brands, and specific numbers you can point to.
  • Managed $50K+/day in ad spend. You understand the pace, the pressure, and the creative velocity required at that level. You don't flinch when spend ramps — you accelerate.
  • Built and managed your own creative team. You've hired video editors, static designers, and UGC creators before. You know how to recruit talent, build workflows, maintain quality at volume, and scale output without bottlenecking. This isn't your first time running the show.
  • Proven track record with receipts. "I was part of a team that..." doesn't cut it here. We want "I built the creative strategy that did X, here's the data."
  • Deep expertise in Facebook/Meta Ads creative. TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of direct-response copywriting, buyer psychology, and what makes people stop, watch, click, and buy.
  • Experience in DTC health, wellness, beauty, or supplement brands.
  • Systems thinker — you build testing frameworks, creative SOPs, and repeatable processes that compound.
  • Data fluent — ROAS, CPM, CTR, hook rate, hold rate, CPA are how you decide what to make next.
  • Self-starter who sees a declining account and is already building the next test slate before anyone asks.
