Job Title: Creative Resource Manager
Type: Contract (40 hrs/week)

Duration: 3-6 months + possible extension
Location: Remote (preference for candidates based in West Coast areas)
Compensation: up to $45/hr DOE
A fast-growing creative organization is looking for a Creative Resource Manager to keep production running smooth, fast, and aligned. This role sits at the center of the ecosystem — managing bandwidth, balancing workloads, and making sure the right creative talent is on the right work at the right time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own creative resourcing across the org, managing a dynamic bench of freelancers
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver quick, accurate resourcing solutions
- Manage requests through Wrike: assignments, timelines, time tracking, and work-backs
- Monitor delivery timelines and adjust resourcing in real time
- Forecast upcoming needs, flag capacity constraints early, and support incremental staffing
- Communicate with freelancers on availability, rates, and project details
- Streamline workflows to increase productivity and strengthen department collaboration
- Evaluate and evolve resourcing methodologies as the org scales
- Support leads with forecasting, postmortems, and long-range capacity planning
Must-Haves (Don’t Apply Without These)
- 4+ years in creative operations, project management, or related creative resourcing roles
- Experience in agile environments and sprint planning for multi-project creative teams
- Strong analytical mindset paired with a creative lens
- Calm, solutions-first approach in fast-moving, shifting priorities
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads and tight deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management tools; Wrike experience is a major plus
- Collaborative partner who can work seamlessly with Creative leadership
