Our nonprofit client is seeking a highly organized, strategic Creative Project Manager to help bring visibility, structure, and consistency to a newly consolidated creative team. This person will assess current workflows across photo, design, edit, video, and DAM functions; identify process gaps; and help establish a more streamlined and scalable project management approach. The ideal candidate has deep experience supporting creative teams and can operate at a high level across workflow design, intake, resourcing, and delivery tracking.

- Location: Fully remote
- Schedule: Flexible; open to 20–40 hours/week depending on candidate fit
- Start: As soon as the right person is identified
- Duration: Interim support with potential to transition into a full-time role in the fall

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate current end-to-end workflows across creative disciplines, from intake through delivery
- Map and document processes, tools, timelines, and deliverables across the department
- Identify breakdowns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency
- Help establish clearer visibility into workload, status, and forecasting
- Recommend improved workflows and interim operating practices until a consolidated PM tool is implemented
- Partner with creative leaders to support change management and process alignment
- Work within Airtable or a similar tool to organize and track work in the interim
- Support the eventual transition to a centralized project management platform
- Ensure DAM considerations are built into workflow planning and process design
- Strong background in creative project management or creative operations
- Experience building or improving workflows for multi-disciplinary creative teams
- Comfort working across design, photo, video, editorial, and production environments
- Experience with Airtable or similar workflow/project management tools
- Strategic thinker who can assess systems holistically, not just manage tasks
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Experience with DAM workflows is a plus
